Dataset.wipe() clears data and headers but retains formatters, dynamic-column callbacks, and separators from the previous layout. Reusing a wiped dataset with fewer columns can raise IndexError during export, and old dynamic callbacks can affect newly appended data.
Reset those three pieces of column/row configuration with the data. Add a regression that configures a formatter, callable column, and separator, wipes the dataset, then reuses it with a one-column schema and exports the new values.
Validation on Python 3.12.14: the regression fails before the fix with IndexError. All 184 tests pass after the fix with the format dependencies and pandas installed. Ruff and git diff --check pass.
