About

I've spent my career on the partner side of the table: sourcing vendors and partners, rolling out software from the buyer's side, and building referral networks. Today I lead partnerships at Apex Medical Associates, where I built a network of 25+ physician referral partners through cold outreach and in-person visits.

I use Claude and ChatGPT every day for prospecting and account research, and I build small Python and AI tools to make that work faster and more consistent. This GitHub is where those tools live.

I'm interested in AI sales, BDR/SDR, and partnerships roles at AI and SaaS companies, especially in HealthTech and PropTech.

pipeline-analytics Python CLI that summarizes a CRM pipeline export: deals by stage, win rate, average deal size, and top open opportunities.
real-estate-prompt-pack Landing page for a 65+ prompt ChatGPT/Claude guide for real estate agents, from listings and outreach to due diligence.
owners-rep-playbook Landing page for a 55-prompt ChatGPT/Claude guide that helps homeowners manage a major renovation phase by phase.
