The current star history chart no longer renders because GitHub now restricts the stargazer API to repository owners only. Point the chart to the alternative at star-history.dera.page instead.

The current Star History chart no longer renders. Since GitHub now restricts the stargazer API to repository owners only, the original star-history service can no longer generate the chart.
This points the badge to an alternative instance that works without requiring an API token, using the same
#jpmonette/feedlookup.
