Sky events: payload types for comets, meteor showers, aurora and solar eclipses #870
What the operator sees: the painted sky can draw comets, meteor showers, aurora nights and solar eclipses, but no calendar event can ask for them, so they never appear.
Why: a moon-night event's payload is only {type, moons} with five types (blood, magic, conjunction, eclipse, harvest). The signed sky pane mockup places its other events by more fields: compass point and height, colour, duration, peak hour, meteor rate, comet tail length, and solar vs. lunar eclipse.
What fixing it takes:
New event payload types and fields on the server, validated like the existing ones.
An editor for them (the mockup's "how an event of your own appears" editor is the signed design).
static/js/widgets/sky_events.js then ports the mockup's shower, comet, aurora, custom and solar-eclipse placement; the shader already draws all of them.
Related:#842 (the painted sky), #833 (each sky event's own view).
