Calendar: bring the other editors and generators up to the structure editor's standard #922
Key Maker approved the structure editor (#920) and added this on its Sign-offs card: "there is current editors/generators that we need to upgrade to match this level of quality and useability, but also account for the fact that large scale changes need to happen as well."
The calendar's other editing surfaces should match the structure editor's standard. That standard means: the whole thing editable in one place, a preview of what a change does before it saves, nothing deleted silently, and today's date never reset. These surfaces are:
the moon editor (only the hidden flag is writable today);
the new-calendar wizard's other steps.
Large-scale changes: every editor should handle bulk edits, such as many eras or events at once, or shifting a whole range. A bulk change should preview its effect the same way a structure save does.
Each surface needs a before-and-after card on Sign-offs before it is built.
