Now, when a DbInstance resource has an annotations: kinda.rocks/rds-iam-impersonate: "true" Instead of altering default privileges by an admin, they are altered by the user that is being currently created, by connecting as an admin and setting a role to the desired user Thanks to @a-dekker for help.

Bumping the changes for the updated features and using the fork from db-operator/db-operator just to make sure the kci.rocks does not break.
