Worker nodes (ubuntu 24.04) on DigitalOcean inaccessible #653
Description
We ran into issues with MachineDeployments on DigitalOcean using KubeOne 1.14.3. The IP configuration of the Ubuntu 24.04 worker nodes gets removed and the nodes become inaccessible.
To work around the issue, we modified the Ubuntu OSP (similar to the changes made for Hetzner):
- Back up the
/etc/netplan/50-cloud-init.yamlfile. - Remove the
rm /etc/netplan/50-cloud-init.yamlline. - Restore the backed-up netplan config later in the script.
