Remove raw tables for MODE 1 (normalize directly into `workflow_instances`/`task_instances`)

Problem

The MODE 1, after the #73 merge, relies on Vector, which allows us to insert directly to the workflow_instances and task_instances directly.

Current

Currently, we have 4 tables, 2 raw tables and 2 normalized tables. The Vector pgsql sink inserts into the tables workflow_events_raw and task_events_raw and the triggers are responsible for inserting into the normalized tables with Idempotency and other consistency and integrity guarantees.

Proposal

1. Insert directly into the workflow_instances and talk_instances directly
2. Keep the triggers looking now to workflow_instances and task_instances instead to raw tables.
