CI failing

We've been having crashes for a few weeks now, cf. https://github.com/mathblogging/mathblogging.org/actions/runs/12788661372

It's unclear what the issue is though.

Our best guess we had is that the feed parser fails and doesn't return as expected.

We had removed what seemed like the problematic feed but now CI has been crashing consistently.

Let's try to guard against random issues in extractBlogEntries().

Another idea would be to finally give up on the spreadsheet and just maintain feeds.json.

I've also just noticed that I had messed up the spreadsheet and left the problematic feed's entry blank instead of removing its row. Sigh.

Ah, true enough. But I think we can also just switch to the json file, where it's easier to avoid these mistakes.
