A newer version of @aws-sdk/client-s3 exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |

Updates the AWS S3 SDK range to ^3.1139.0 with 3.1148.0 locked, retaining Node 20 support. Resolves the lockfile conflict against main while keeping Vite 8.3.4, Vitest 5.0.3, and the current security patches.
Validation: frozen workspace install, all package builds and package dry runs, type checks, all 151 tests, audit, and hk check --all --slow passed locally. Required CI and security gates remain enforced.
