actions/checkout@v7 and actions/cache@v6 clear the Node.js 20 deprecation annotation on every run. vapor/swiftly-action is third-party, so it's pinned to a commit with its release noted in a comment.

Every CI run currently emits a Node.js 20 deprecation annotation for
actions/checkout@v4. This moves the official actions to their latest major tags:actions/checkout@v7(both jobs) andactions/cache@v6.vapor/swiftly-actionis third-party and left as is.Prompted by @kikeenrique's note on #19.
