[al-xpro]

Description

Adds AlxPro Dark and AlxPro Light, the terminal colors of the AlxPro Theme: black-and-white
themes for web development, with a pure black and a pure white background. The same palette
ships as a VS Code theme, an npm package and themes for eight terminals.

• Every text color is at least 4.5:1 (WCAG AA) against its background, checked in the
  project's CI, so gen.py doesn't need to adjust anything.

The YAML files were generated with Claude Code from the theme's palette.

The "Check Scheme Licenses" check may fail because of the ten schemes from #885, which #889
adds to licenses.yml. AlxPro's two entries pass.
