Add BoltRPC HTTP and WebSocket rows to the tooling page. BoltRPC operates dedicated MegaETH infrastructure with API-key authenticated endpoints documented at boltrpc.io/networks/megaeth. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
