Remove already-released v2.0.18 changes
PRs #195 and #194 are already attributed to v2.0.18 below, as are #203, #201, and #200 later in this new section. No revert or reintroduction occurred between these entries, so listing them again under v2.0.20 makes the generated changelog and eventual GitHub release notes incorrectly present five previously shipped changes as part of this release; remove those duplicate entries before settlement.
