Summary
This PR replaces the namespace import from @opentelemetry/semantic-conventions/incubating with named imports for the constants used by the observability tracing code.
This is a small bundle-size improvement for users who include the observability path. It should let bundlers drop unused semantic-convention constants instead of retaining the full constant table.
