👨‍💻 Engineering & Research Profile

I am a Systems Architect, Full-Stack Engineer, and Computational Pathology Researcher holding an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering. My work sits at the intersection of operating system kernel scheduling, high-throughput cloud platforms, and biomedical image synthesis:

  • Operating System Architecture & Low-Level I/O: Deep specialization in Windows NT and Linux kernel internals, DirectStorage pipelines, memory page locking, DPC/ISR latency elimination, and hardware clock governors. Creator of RyNxt[cite: 54].
  • Full-Stack & Cloud Ecosystems: Architecting reactive web platforms with React, Next.js, Node.js/Express, and MongoDB, interfaced directly with native C++ desktop runtime engines via N-API.
  • Computational Pathology & Medical Deep Learning: Designing real-time Virtual Staining frameworks. Combining laboratory wet-lab protocol knowledge (tissue preparation, micro-imaging) with advanced computer vision to perform semantic tissue segmentation and artifact-free histological image translation.

🔬 Computational Pathology Research: Real-Time Virtual Staining

🧬 Biomedical Domain Knowledge & Laboratory Pipeline

Traditional histopathology requires invasive chemical staining (such as H&E), demanding extensive chemical reagents, manual handling, and hours of laboratory wait-time.

My research establishes an end-to-end framework translating unstained autofluorescence / phase-contrast microscopy feeds into clinical-grade digitally stained slides in real time.

🧠 Computer Vision & Deep Learning Architecture

  • Tissue Biology & Morphology Understanding: Deep grounding in histopathological structures, nuclear chromatin density, cytoplasmic margins, and cellular architecture to eliminate generative hallucinations.
  • Tissue Artifact & Dirty Zone Filtering: Developing custom preprocessing kernels to identify and eliminate slide debris, air bubbles, out-of-focus zones, and uneven illumination artifacts before model inference.
  • Semantic Tissue Segmentation: Multi-class cellular and glandular segmentation utilizing modern U-Net, YOLO (v8/v11), and attention-gated segmentation backbones.
  • Generative Image-to-Image Synthesis: Custom latent diffusion models, residual U-Nets, and lightweight convolutional-transformer hybrids (EfficientNet, MobileNet, ResNet) trained with domain-specific loss functions (Perceptual Loss, MS-SSIM, Focal Loss).
  • Sub-30ms TensorRT Deployment: Compiling and quantizing PyTorch graphs into FP16/INT8 TensorRT execution engines, enabling real-time whole-slide imaging translation under microscope oculars.

📝 Publication Notice:
A comprehensive scientific paper covering the mathematical models, laboratory validations, and clinical concordance metrics is currently under formal peer review. Source code repositories and evaluation benchmarks will be released publicly upon conclusion of the review process.
