Before re-enabling, I would check with @nzakas about the maintainers for https://github.com/eslint/eslint listed in

There are a lot names on https://eslint.org/team and none specifically with the title "Maintainers"
I suggest to list only the ESLint TSC members here in citgm to make it manageable.
