HistoryHint(Word)Complete events don't work in Helix Normal mode

Describe the bug

Great news about Helix mode, there's a way to switch to normal mode using keybinding.
Thanks a lot for that!

One small issue creeped in, unfortunately, that makes it a bit inconvenient to use.

Once in Helix normal mode events like HistoryHintComplete and HistoryHintWordComplete don't work.
Certain other events do work though.
Also, these same events work in Helix insert mode

I will test further to identify the pattern and report back in this BR.

How to reproduce

1. Enable Helix mode and switch to normal
2. Type a command that was used before so that a completion hint appears
3. Press l or <left> to use the completion

Expected behavior

The hint should be activated and cursor goes to the end

One thing that still interests me. Would you expect this to work in select mode too? Or only in normal modes?

Good question.
I don't use Select mode even in Helix itself.
My initial thought would be that indeed it doesn't always make sense in Select mode.
But, I would do whatever requires less code for you to write.
Perhaps after some testing it will become clear what works best.
