This is about adding support for the generation of OONI Run links inside of OONI Probe mobile as well as increasing the integration of OONI Run links in the app.
In terms of increasing the integration of OONI Run links in the apps:
The basic ideas goes as follows, when I tap on an OONI Run link it will open with the OONI Probe app and it will also create a new card in the dashboard for that specific OONI Run link. The author of the OONI Run link is able to specific certain metadata that is going to be presented in the OONI Probe dashboard page. When a user taps the Run button they will be testing all the cards in the dashboard screen which at this point is going to include also the OONI Run link cards. Similarly automated testing will be inclusive of OONI Run link cards.
