added the option of a numeric time axis to all applicable domain definitions (Grid, PointSeries, MultiPointSeries, PolygonSeries, MultiPolygonSeries).
Only a calendar-based string type time axis (ISO8601) is applicable to Trajectory, Vertical Profile, Point, MultiPoint, Section, Polygon.
