Adds support for the freshly released Vitocal 200-A by adding
systemControllerandoutdoorUnittoSUPPORTED_DEVICE_TYPES, both auto-detected asHeatPump. The indoor unit carries nothing butdevice.serialanddevice.variant, so it stays out. Dumps from home-assistant/core#181876 are added as test data.The dump is the first to declare
heating.sensors.volumetricFlow.allengradeprecated, which trips the deprecation gate because three getters still read it and the replacement is on no known device, socheck_deprecations.pygets the ignore list its docstring has promised since #707.
