Summary

Test plan

  • devtools::test() with NOT_CRAN: 812 pass, 0 fail
  • R CMD check --as-cran --no-manual: 0 errors, 0 warnings, 0 notes
  • Three real pkgdown builds of fslogisticskampala with the brand (the chosen layout is the one this PR implements); pkgdown shows one logo when the README title carries the same image
  • CI on dev green
  • After the merge: tag v1.2.2, usethis::use_dev_version() on dev, merge main into dev, push

Refs #148

Release checklist step 9: v1.2.1 is tagged on main as a GitHub release;
the next CRAN submission carries it.

The line under the README badges that 1.2.1 introduced reads as the
package's own first sentence, and no page showed the openwashdata logo.
use_brand() now installs the brand's small logo as the package logo
(man/figures/logo.png), which pkgdown shows beside the title and the
README shows on GitHub, writes the dark counterpart and the one CSS rule
that shows it on the dark theme, and lists brand.yml in
Config/Needs/website so the branded site builds on CI. The README
template names the publisher as the first line of the Citation section,
with the website written out, and shows the installed logo at the
title.
