UNABLE TO ESTABLISH SSL (TCPS) DATABASE CONNECTION IN 26.2.X IMAGES #3101

In version 26.1.2 ords could connect to databases via tcps without any issue.

This breaks in 26.2.0 and now 26.2.2, there is a SSL handshake issue that prevent that connection from working. It simply disconnects after 3-4 seconds with a generic ORA- error.

The problem seems to originate from the java.security file that can be found here: /opt/graalvm/conf/security/

In order to make the tcps connection to work, a user needs to run this command:

sed -i 's/rsa_pkcs1_sha1 usage HandshakeSignature, //' java.security

Unsure if a fix was applied to the 26.1.2 version because that same issue was there in the 26.1.0 (so something was fixed).
