This might be better structured to be accessible over the web if I want people to make it usable by more people. Maybe as an alternate output mode for the |

This PR adds a mode to the
/ctte-paymentspage to export payment data from UGMM in a format that Beancount can consume. This also adds a feature to pick which date to show payments from.The operating principle is to convert each membership payment into a transfer from
Income:Membershipto aAssets:Receivables:Member:$useraccount. The corresponding transfer into the bank account or cash box can then use this intermediate Receivables account as a source.Any non-zero receivables account will indicate one of:
