feat: add Moomoo rules and v0.1.0 validation

Summary

• add standalone Moomoo / Futu rules and combined Tiger + Moomoo rules for six proxy clients
• expand Tiger Trade to 33 explicit suffix rules using current v2fly and blackmatrix7 cross-checks
• expand Moomoo / Futu to 24 explicit suffix rules using current v2fly data plus corroborated official service domains
• remove futu.inc and nniuvip.com after they failed current DNS and high-confidence source checks
• remove substring keyword rules to prevent unrelated-domain false positives
• make generation deterministic from source metadata and add read-only --check drift detection
• add 9 repository tests, GitHub Actions validation, MIT license, provenance notice, changelog, and evidence-scoped documentation

Compatibility

Existing Tiger Trade Raw subscription URLs remain unchanged. New Moomoo and combined URLs become available on main after merge. Immutable v0.1.0 URLs provide a release snapshot while main remains the rolling channel.
