fix: expand Tiger runtime coverage and rebuild README

Summary

• add 10 Tiger first-party root domains exposed by the current official runtime/bootstrap configuration
• cover New Zealand trade/customer services, Tiger ESOP, and regional portals for Australia, Singapore/Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, and New Zealand
• remove tbdesk.com, tigertcp.cn, and tigerbrokers.net pending direct current runtime or live-traffic evidence
• add machine-readable runtime and community-comparison matrices with field paths, pinned upstream revisions, evidence tiers, dual-DNS/TLS corroboration, third-party exclusions, and hold decisions
• rebuild README around the project's value, current side-by-side comparisons, clear rule selection, subscription links, and client setup
• raise Tiger runtime coverage from 106 to 120 of 125 unique hosts; the remaining five are explicitly excluded third-party integrations
