Changing initial password doesn't always remove initial_password.txt #12

We use a file called initial_password.txt to store the initial password (prior to it being reset by the password).

We have hopefully an effective nag notice telling the user to change the initial password after installation.

However, once the user does change the password, sometimes it doesn't remove the notice (as the initial_password.txt file doesn't get removed/gc'd)
