what is the recommand aws-cpp-sdk version?

I am trying rocksdb-cloud
https://github.com/rockset/rocksdb-cloud/blob/master/cloud/README.md
What is the aws-cpp-sdk version you are using? The readme is 3 years old.
Also, is the master branch for rocksdb-cloud a stable version to use?
