KiCad: no circular PCB for CanSat form factor (Ø≈60 mm) #7

Observation

All four KiCad boards are rectangular, designed to stack on PC/104 (CubeSat). None of them fit the Ø ≤ 64 mm internal envelope of the CanSat form factors registered in flight-software/core/form_factors.py:

• cansat_minimal: inner diameter 64 mm, height 115 mm
• cansat_standard: inner diameter 64 mm, height 80 mm
• cansat_advanced: inner diameter 64 mm, height 115 mm

The reference BOMs under hardware/bom/by_form_factor/cansat_*.csv already list PCB-CANSAT-STD / PCB-CANSAT-ADV part numbers but no actual KiCad files ship.

Why it matters

CanSat is a first-class profile since v1.3.0 and has a dedicated ops guide (docs/ops/cansat_standard.md). A team building from this repo can compile firmware (make target-cansat_standard) and read the BOM CSV, but there's no PCB they can order.

Definition of done

• hardware/kicad/cansat_standard/main_board/ — Ø60 mm circular 2-layer PCB with:
  • STM32F446RE (QFN-64) footprint.
  • BME280 / MS5611 / BMI088 / LIS3MDL footprints.
  • RFM95W LoRa module footprint.
  • MAX-M10S GNSS footprint.
  • LiPo 1-cell connector (JST-PH).
  • 4 × M2 mounting holes on a 50 mm bolt circle (matches mechanical envelope in hardware/mechanical/ is empty — no CAD for any form factor #6).
• *.kicad_pcb + *.kicad_sch + generated Gerbers under hardware/kicad/cansat_standard/main_board/out/.
• README with fab-house settings (JLCPCB / OSHPark / Seeed).
• Linked from docs/ops/cansat_standard.md § "Hardware".

Depends on #6 (mechanical envelope) for hole pattern.
