Consider renaming to 'TmxParser.h' instead?

Previously vcpkg allowed this conflict because we didn't consider files of different case to be the same.

error: The following files are already installed in /vcpkg/installed/x64-linux and are in conflict with tmxparser:x64-linux
Installed by tmx:x64-linux: include/tmx.h
