Automated sync from the internal repo up to
4bbe757d55fe0ac17e32e0aa1b367a7384c93d6c.This run also purges three internal-only files that leaked into the public repo before the sync exclusion list existed (they broke
pnpm test):packages/compiler/test/compare-all.test.tspackages/compiler/test/compile.test.tspackages/compiler/scripts/generate-comparison-report.tsand strips the internal SCS npm scripts from the root
package.json.Review for PII/internal references before merging.
