Move the two function-based regression tests added by sccn/eeglab PRs 955 and 956 into regression_tests, renamed with the t_ prefix used there to avoid clashing with the legacy test_pop_selectevent script. Their setupOnce now locates EEGLAB through the eeglab submodule. Both files pass locally against develop 6a48610 (19 tests). Counterpart removal in EEGLAB core: sccn/eeglab#957
