Adopt Beads as EEGPrep’s durable, dependency-aware project tracker so priorities, blockers, decisions, and handoffs survive across contributors, coding agents, and work sessions instead of being scattered across chat or ad hoc TODOs. Initialize Beads 1.2.2 with embedded Dolt and publish its data ref for cross-machine synchronization. Add repository-local Codex and Claude hooks, the Beads skill, configuration, and shared AGENTS.md guidance.
