LP8556 EPROM changes and 16h register

According to datasheet, LP8556 EPROM starts at 98h while in driver it starts with a0h and needs to be extended to match datasheet.
Also, downstream uses 16h register which also according to a datasheet is used for configuring LED strings enablement (https://github.com/pix106/android_kernel_xiaomi_southwest-4.19/blob/abde7f459ee423130b3c93924357569c0cf24cca/arch/arm64/boot/dts/vendor/qcom/xiaomi/mi/clover/clover-overlay.dtsi#L758) so the property named like "led-strings-enable" is needed

is downstream wrong then? if according to datasheet that address in not in EEPROM

because of this I want to introduce a separate property for this register instead of extending eprom start to it
