Need to check if it can replace our "old" driver, does it support our hw,can it be used with the same DTS bindings or changes are needed, etc

    Same comment as for v6. As you mentioned, this driver won't work for:
    compatible = "qcom,pmi8998-haptics", "qcom,spmi-haptics";
    which I'll be upstreaming soon, can you please use device specific compatibles
    here, thus listing the devices which will work? e.g. qcom,pmih0108-haptics ...

    So perhaps we can conclude that this new driver is not suitable for us, and adding support for our haptics will be separate task
