[SDV 2.0] Multi-table `fit` warns twice for out of range values

Error Description

Multi-table fit currently generates extra warnings if the data does not cover the range given by the metadata.

Steps to reproduce

data, metadata = download_demo('multi_table', 'fake_hotels')
min_room_rate = min(data['guests']['room_rate']) - 1
metadata.update_column('room_rate', table_name='guests', range_min=min_room_rate)
synthesizer = HMASynthesizer(metadata)

synthesizer.fit(data)
