Description

  • Makes agent-assisted app development easier to discover through README and Getting Started skill installation instructions, plus a new AI Tools guide.

  • Updates the custom-model guide to connect ExecuTorch Export Recipes with model inspection and integration into existing tasks or custom TypeScript pipelines.

  • Also corrects the Android requirement to Android 8.0+ (minSdkVersion >= 26).

Merge dependency: wait for the consumer skill PR to merge before merging this PR, so the advertised installation command works.

Android 8.0, are we sure about that?

minSdk >= 26 corresponds to Android 8.0+ (https://apilevels.com/) so currently the requirements stated are inconsistent. Other option would be to raise the minSdkVersion.

We should check the min working version. For now, we can keep 8.0 and check the exact the actual version later on. It definitely worked on my s10+ which was Android 12, so 13 is incorrect.
