• make the autonomous-commerce roadmap the final README section
• define phased delivery for autonomous identity, account creation, treasury, purchasing, service management, recovery, and multi-agent governance
• add measurable production-readiness gates and a project changelog

Autonomy goal

The normal low-risk path should complete machine-to-machine. People configure policy and handle structured exceptions instead of approving every enrollment, purchase, renewal, or service action.
