Define User Story & New Design Implementation

1. New branch off of https://github.com/Element84/filmdrop-ui
2. Products endpoint for initial opportunities and constraints
3. Opportunities endpoint for selection/exploring passes
4. Design filters implementation: include all filterable constraints across providers but they're dynamic, could be dependent on each other, overwhelming, and include defaults that could unfairly filter opportunities
5. Nice-to-haves: order workflow

User Story:

• Easy spin up and orientation
• New sat company wants to spin up tasking api easily vs aggregator existing tasking

Feasibility vs opportunities vs passes:

• validate opportunities
• feasibility could be access rights, likelihood of successful collection, etc
• Can products endpoint have exact integers in addition to ranges
