The last version 0.0.1-dev11 is the current working version with the last tock version.
Unfortunately, its version hasn't been published in pip repo.
When the install command is done with pip install tock-py the version installed is 0.0.1-dev10.
To have a working version, we need to use -e git+https://github.com/theopenconversationkit/tock-py@master#egg=tock-py .
It could be good to push the last version on pip repo.
Also, adding a workflows to publish it automatically on pip repo when the version released could be up full.
