This PR makes the TUF overview ( https://theupdateframework.io/docs/overview ) easier to understand for people who are
new to TUF.
What changed
Why
TUF can be a little difficult to understand when you are seeing it for
the first time. The goal of this change is to give new readers a simple
starting point before they go through the more detailed documentation.
