[enhancement] Reveal the node when using `outshine-imenu'

If I jump to a node that is hidden (because its parent is folded) using `outshine-imenu', then the point ends up inside the ellipsis and I don't know how to reveal the node.

It would be most useful to reveal nodes when jumping to them.

I cannot realy solve this but leave it open, I've seen this bug too, and might be able to fix it sometime.

It might not be too hard to fix this, but it might be better to use some other commands like helm-imenu and helm-navi, which I think will both handle this.
