The noqa-comments rule migrated the distutils imports to ruff:ignore, whose longer comment pushed the line past the limit. The formatter then wrapped the import and moved the ty:ignore off the line carrying the unresolved-import error, breaking the type check. Put both suppressions on their own preceding lines so the imports stay single-line.
