Adds the deliverable-profile “add to engineer kanban” GitHub Actions workflow to this repo as part of CLI onboarding.
On new/reopened/transferred issues and on PRs opened, reopened, or marked ready for review, the job mints a tracebloc-release-train GitHub App installation token (not
GITHUB_TOKEN, withpermissions: {}), scopes it to this repository only, grants issues read, pull requests read, and organization projects write, then callsactions/add-to-projectagainst the org kanban project.The file is a generated, public-safe copy (comment-scrubbed header) meant to match the canonical bytes used in conformance audits across onboarded repos.
