fix: end ollama streaming span and close inner stream on close - #4664
Streaming ollama responses are wrapped so close()/aclose() always ends the span, even when closed before reading, and closes the inner stream holding the HTTP response. Regression tests included.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Closing a streaming response now reliably closes the stream and finishes its associated telemetry span, including when the response is closed before all items are read.
Improved cleanup behavior for both synchronous and asynchronous streaming responses, preventing errors during response cleanup from interrupting span completion.

Sync and async Ollama streaming responses now use wrappers that close the underlying response and end the span when closed. Regression tests check closing before sync iteration and closing after reading one async item.
New sync and async wrappers delegate iteration and make closing idempotent. They close the generator and underlying response, suppress response-closing exceptions, and end the span if it is still recording.
Streaming integration and regression tests packages/opentelemetry-instrumentation-ollama/opentelemetry/instrumentation/ollama/__init__.py, packages/opentelemetry-instrumentation-ollama/tests/test_error_handling.py
Sync and async streaming paths return the wrappers. Tests check span completion and underlying stream closure when sync is closed before reading and async is closed after reading one item.
Closing an Ollama stream during an active read can leave its HTTP response open. Make cleanup recoverable before merging, and test async closure before reading begins.

Explanation
Issue [#4608] requires close() before reading to end the span and requires aclose() to close the wrapped Ollama stream and its HTTP response. The PR adds _StreamingResponse.close() and _AsyncStreamingResponse.aclose() to close the generator, close the inner response, and end a recording span. The streaming paths return these wrappers. Regression tests cover synchronous close before reading and asynchronous close after a partial read.

Add a separate async close-before-read regression test.
The current async test reads one item before calling aclose(). A regression limited to an unstarted async generator could therefore leave the span or inner stream open without failing this test.

Allow async closure to recover from an active read.
If one task awaits __anext__() while another calls aclose(), the accumulation generator can reject aclose() because it is already running. The inner generator can reject closure for the same reason. This method then propagates the first error but keeps _closed set, so a later aclose() cannot release the stream after the read finishes. Coordinate closure with the active read, and do not mark the wrapper closed until cleanup can complete. (docs.python.org)
