Linux and macOS Support with .NET Core

Hello, I'm interested in developing ANE in C#, but i'd like to support at the very least macOS, and not just Linux.
Is there any chance it'd be possible to use .NET Core's [NativeAOT](https://github.com/dotnet/samples/tree/main/core/nativeaot/NativeLibrary#loading-shared-libraries-from-c-and-importing-methods) or [Custom Hosts](https://github.com/dotnet/samples/tree/main/core/hosting)?
