A window's main repository can link other local repositories. Each one gets its own home row and workspace group in the sidebar; selecting it puts that repository on screen. Main-repo agents get read-only access to supporting repos and delegate changes with `treq -r <repo>`. - local.db `supporting_repos` table, core validation/resolution, Tauri commands, File > Add Repository menu item - Window registry and routing include supporting repos; windows where the repo is the main repo win - CLI `-r/--repo` on add/set/st/diff/agent/commit (`--repo` on mv); `treq agent .` is rejected - Dashboard keeps mainRepoPath and an active repo; sidebar renders per-repo groups via RepoWorkspaceList - PRD, CLI reference and agent skill updated Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01F6cRhkhfxRs9XaiqCdVMCb

- The terminal pane stays mounted across repo switches and lists agent sessions from the main and supporting repos.
