[Bug]: marked fixed to v15 in @platejs/markdow and marked latest release is v18

Summary

We want to update marked to v18 but plate has fixed it to v15 so if we update it we need to ship the same library twice one in v15 and another in v18. Is possible to update plate to be compatible with marked v18?

Steps to reproduce

Install @platejs/markdown
Install marked v18

You will see two reference in the lock file

Expected behavior

Plate should ship the latest major or authorized to use it with something like this ^16.8 || ^17.0 || ^18.0 || ^19.0 || ^19.0.0-rc

Actual behavior

Plate markdown just has support for v15

Acceptance criteria

Only one entry for marked (v18) in lock file
