Improve Lagoon GraphQL / authentication documentation #4060

It is a bit confusing that the Lagoon docs have two pages on GraphQL and one of them recommends exec'ing into the storage-calculator pod and running a ./create-jwt.py script.

Should those pages be merged and only the advice to use SSH (or, better, the CLI) to get a token be retained?
