wcandillon#4327 removed SkiaPictureView, so the screen draws the cyan picture in a canvas instead, as the migration guide shows.

…-image-view Brings main up to 39d14f7. wcandillon#4327 removed SkiaPictureView, so its static prop, its redraw change and their spec go with it, and the ClippedSubviews screen draws its picture in a canvas.
